[Kenwood] TM2570 Bad Audio - C32 bad

My Kenwood TM2570A  2 Meter mobile unit  (TM2550 and TM2530 are the same) 
came down sick with distorted audio at high volumes...
Traced the problem to the series audio output capacitor C32
on the Compound (top) Board. The Al capacitor was even getting hot
after a few minutes of audio. It is depolarizing and causing distortion.
The schematic says it should be  220MF @ 16VDC, Mine was 10 VDC,
which was a poor reliability substitution for a series cap like this one.
Bye the way the main 12VDC input cap is only a 100MF @16V, C20 in the final 
unit.
It should be changed to 20V or more. Mine shorted and made a mess.
