[Kenwood] TS-570S(G)

Hello Kenwood Customer Service - I was wondering if your
Email was functioning.  I had sent Emails in January about the
noise blanker problem with my new TS570S-g and its lack
of any function except for the button to move in and out.
No responses.  I Emailed the dealer - that was unsatisfactory
as they apparently did not know the difference for a noise
blanker and a noise "balancer".  And I did have a response from
the designer of the radio in Tokyo indicating no problem with
his particular blanker.  I can hear my neighbor's car with all
4 cylinders sparking up to half a mile away, so not only does
my blanker NOT work on power line noises, it does not on
spark noise either, contrary to what is indicated in the manual.

However, on the Kenwood570 list, there are numerous others
around the U.S. and other parts of the world that have the same
problem.  When my 25 year old Tempo 2020, TS130 and other
classic solid state radios with noise blankers that work, it is 
certainly disappointing to have a new, top of the line Kenwood
that fails in that regard.  And when there is NO response to my
queries from the Kenwood people, that is really disappointing
and makes me want to contact the BBB or someone like that.
I haven't yet, but thought I would try one more time to get the
problem resolved.
