[Kenwood] PSK31 and sound card question.

PSK31 is fairly flexible for frequency and 1 Hz error on the sampling
clock isn't going to mess it up. Probably your level to the sound card
is too far out of range and either over driving or under driving the
A/D. Try changing the level to the sound card.
14.318 is created on the mother board, a standard clock (4 times the
color burst frequency as might be used in a NTSC composite monitor)
supplied to every card slot, at least the original legacy boards. I
doubt its on the PCI bus, but it might be.
