[Kenwood] TS-830S cap

Hi All.

Just got a TS-830S; works beautifully. Opened the PA cage to clean out a
little dust. There is a disc ceramic bypass cap from bottom of plate choke
to ground. This cap appears good in circuit, but is cracked and looks
like it may let go mechanically. I do not have a readable schematic. 

Presume it is something like .01uF at 1.5kV or similar. My junkbox
stops at about 600V; don't want a series pair. Does anyone know of a
 source for these caps? Thanks in advance for any help.
