[Kenwood] TS2000 VS IC 756 PRO

Hi there,

I am a re-addition to this list...  For some reason, I couldn't get my subscription to transfer to the new email address.  Anyway, here are my questions.

I am considering selling my 1 year old IC 746 (for a real good price, (unbelievable) adding a few more hundred bucks and getting a TS 2000.  I assume that's a wise move from what I read on eHam but other opinions would be welcome.

Secondly, also within my range is one of the first generation 756 PROs.  Any opinions there VS the TS 2000.

Finally, how well does it do satellite work.  I know it has a sub receiver but it states that its only for AM and FM.  Can I somehow use the TS2000 to communicate through the SSB/CW sats?

BTW... I also have a TS870 with which I am very pleased.  Aside from coverage differences, any idea on how they compare?
