Get thee to RS and acquire a supply of freeze mist circuit cooler. Cool
the radio in portions to identify which portion makes tuner function.
Heat that same portion with hot air from a hair dryer. Repeat on a
smaller section. With care you can get it down to the component. Replace
the indicated faulty component. Solder well, odds are even that the
problem is a faulty colder connection anyway.
