Pin 3 of ACC-2 is main Audio at a  fixed output level of 300mv/4.7K ohm 
impedance and is independent of the volume control, it goes through a 
separate audio amp from the main audio out and is normally used to drive 
the FSK decoder or TNC

See page 20 of the Operating Manual
