Unsure of the reason for the post, but see below for a manual.

I also have the TS511S but it quit receiving. I have the service manual
but no
operator manual. That manual leaves something to be desired and was
looking
for the operator manual to fill in some gaps.

FYI I found the TS510 manual on line in Europe (I believe) .
