[Kenwood] TS570 and xverter

Hi Scott,

I've a homebrew 432 xverter. When I select 432 at the menu. I get the
correct frequency display, but not always any TX power. I'm assuming the 570
TX's low power on 10m when the xverter function is on? Is menu #40 the only
one I need to change?
