[Kenwood] problem with TS450SAT

Hello Martin, I've encountered a similar problem in one TS 850, the
problem was located in a bad solder joint at an electrolitic filter
capacitor (I don't recall if this was at 13 V line or which). A few of
this capacitors do leak with time, corroding everything under (circuit
traces, solder, and so..). Just replace this capacitor after a good
cleaning of PCboard. Check also the HV switching generator.
