[Kenwood] Receive Problem in TS-120S

I had a Ts-120S that did that. I think I traced it to the multipole
relay which I worked on repeatedly with Cramolin (Deoxit these days) and
never did get it working well. Eventually I added a subminiature (HC-18
size crystal can) relay to handle that section of the relay and it
worked again. The multipole relay isn't available as far as I can find,
it was special for the 120 and if its available its expensive.
