You might try www.powerwerx.com which has by far the 
best price I have found.  And the parts are of very good
quality, too.

I believe that AES and HRO get $20 - $30 for a connector
plus the red and black wire.  A little steep, but those cables 
are probably "official" parts, and assembled in and shipped
from Japan.

OTOH PowerWerx is in Sandy Eggo, CA  (Alta Mexico) and
run by a genuine American ham fellow.
