[Kenwood] Transmit Filtering TS-950

Thanks to all who replied to my recent inquiry re this subject.  Several =
users advised that you cannot change the transmit filtering on the =
TS-950S/SD but apparently this is not so.  Other users solved the =
problem by advising that you can indeed activate this option by holding =
in on the 8.83 filter button and the RIT button while powering up.  You =
can then change the filter settings while in transmit mode and thus =
"shape" your transmit audio.  The filter indicators will then change to =
the appropriate settings as you switch back and forth between transmit =
and receive.=20
