[Kenwood] TS-520 vfo

I recently wk on a 520 vfo that was very odd acting like you decribe,and what I found was the ball bearings on the tuning condenser in the vfo case were froze up and rather then rolling they were sliding. What I did was cleaned the ball bearings and the race that thay ride in out with solvent and repacked them with grease. Then I resembled everything and it works fine.
