[Kenwood] New version for the ts-2000 control program

I hope this is not old news, but here it goes just in case:

There is a new software upgrade for ARCP-2000, this will bring the program
up to version 1.10, this was released on July 12.


Here are the changes:

1.Windows ME/NT4.0/2000/XP compatibility added.
2.Serial ports COM1 through COM10 supported.
3. New shortcut key for the Memory window.
