Once again.

The antenna tuners in Kenwood radios have bands of operation. In the case of
the 850, 440, and others the 80m band covers up to 3.999.99. At 4.000.00 the
tuner switches to the next band which covers from 4.0 to 7.5 mHz. Since this
band is optimized to tune 40m then it usually will not work at 4.002 mHz.

There are 2 solutions to the problem.
The first is to cut the antenna for the Mars frequency so a tuner is not
needed and then use the tuner on 80m which it can handle.
The second is to figure out how to make the tuner stay in the 80m portion up
to a higher frequency than 3.999. I figured it out for the 440 but have not
thought about the 850.

I don't know how the TS2000 is set up but probably it is the same.
