[Kenwood] TS940 power supply fix's

 The pass transistor are a blowup part & so are the zeners ....

 All part's are on the AVR board .. Except the two pass transistor which are
on the power supply heatsink


Change Pass transistor's from 2N5885  to 2N5886 ....  Reason,  2N5885
voltage rating to low
Change D4, D9, D14  ...from 500 mw to 1 watt zener's .. Voltage values stay
the same.
Change C3, C4, C6 ...2200uf  50 volt ...there probably puffy from all the
heat over the year's
Change C12....  6800uf 16 volt ...  same reason because of heat....

Resolder all connection's on the AVR board ...You will find many in bad
shape

The pass transistor are most important, Because when they short ( and they
will in time ) it will put 42 plus volts on the driver & final transistor's
... the driver's (MRF485) will burn out fast if you don't notice it in time
!!!

The power supply design (28 volt section) is the similar type that Icom
use's in there PS-15 & the same as the Kenwood PS-430 ...... The 940 just
use it at 28Volts
