[Kenwood] WTB: Manual for TS-440SAT

Mike,

I bought a manual for the TS-440SAT from Howard Sams Publishing.  It's
an excellent copy, but it does require a large paper cutter to properly
separate the sheets.  The  quality is better, and the cost is much
lower than a copy shop would charge to do the work properly.  In fact,
very few copy shops have the capability to copy arge schematic diagrams
in one piece.
