[Kenwood] TS-140S Power Control

The power control on the TS-140S is a linear pot and is well known for
being kind of poor.  Has anyone replaced this and had any luck finding
another?  

I'm thinking of replacing mine or possible even putting a trimmer or
something in its place.  I hate to change the look that much but I
really like a power control that works better than this.

Where's a good place to find Kenwood replacement parts?
