Go to www.vcnet.com/measures/830s.html and scroll down to the bottom.  See
D - USB/LSB carrier oscillator alignment.  Very simple, no instrument
alignment procedure for the carrier.  Hope this helps.  You might like to
read thu the entire article for some other ways to improve your 830.
