[Kenwood] Carrier Point Adjustment for the TS830

	Somewhere I've seen an "ugly" method, switching back and forth SSB mode
switch, both USB and LSB must have same pitch audio noise (without any
signal input); but, as I've said it's very dirty (if you're in a hurry
may work, with a little skill)...
The best method (there are two ways) is with two audio tones, and
oscilloscope.
