[Kenwood] TS-930S

Hi,
After some research and a pile of positive replies from this group i
purchased a 930S as a back-up rig to go with my 830S. I swapped the coax
cable back and forth while monitering a really weak station and found them
to be about the same. It puts out the 125 watts like it should too. The only
thing i am a little concerned about is the power supply gets pretty warm to
the touch and eventually the fan comes on and it feels cool again, this is
in the recieve mode. It is a late serial # and everything works well. Just
would like to know if this is normal for the radio knowing the earlier ones
had power supply problems.
