[Kenwood] ADMIN: "Reply to sender" is restored

Thanks Larry:
This is the way I think it should be. Your the driver so do as you need to
do. I like being able to click "reply" and have it pop up with the senders
address. Likewise if I want to sent to the whole reflector I just click on
"reply all" and it goes to the sender as well as the list. Best of both
worlds and maybe this thread will go away. Thanks for your help Larry,,,,
and your patience.
