I should have included two other categories of messages here.

4).  Size:  I have set the maximum size for a single message at 40K.  If 
there is really a problem, I may set it lower to around 20K.  If you should 
really, truly need to send a large message, let me know and I will review 
it and pass it through if it is appropriate.

5).  Attachments:  This one shouldn't need any explanation!  If you have an 
attachment file that you want to make available have people request it from 
you privately and do not try to send it through the list.  I won't approve 
any of them, period.
