[Kenwood] Tuner problems on my 940

I have a pair of Tucker HFT-1500 tuners with roller inductors I use with a
Windom, so they get used a lot. I like these tuners, but every 6 months a
small maintenance ritual must be performed: Spray some DeOxit on a small
wad of soft cotton cloth, press the cloth gently on the coil surface, and
crank the coil end to end (moving the rag along with the coil as if it was a
roller), being sure to cover the entire coil. You'll be amazed at the crud
the rag picks up. Then it's good to go for about another 6 months or so.
I'll know when it's time to do it again, fine tuning with the inductor will
start getting flakey!
