[Kenwood] TS711 Power and SWR fluctuations

Hello
Lately the rig developed this behaviour after a few minutes from warm-up, and most often while transmitting more than a minute or so. 
(Usual power is 10w FM and s.w.r is 1.2-1.4 but than swings to 2.2 and higher)
Any ideas? 
(checked antenna, and observed this into a dummy-load too).
