[Kenwood] Power Transfer Jumpers TS-830-S

Does anyone have knowledge on how to rewire the power transformer on a =
Kenwood TS-830-S from 240v AC to 110v AC ?     This is a post for =
another amateur who just received an 830 from Australia.  He doesn't =
have a service manual yet and any help would be greatly appreciated.   =
