[Kenwood] Kenwood Tuning Upgraders

Don't expect to hear from them in less than a few months. My experience
was the same as yours. The tuning upgrader I ordered for my 940 was
defective, and it took many months to get it replaced. It's impossible
to get through by telephone since they only answer the phone a few hours
per week (as stated on their website). Eventually, they answered my
email. Of course, that was months after I had sold the 940 and no
longer needed the tuning unit anyway. Anyone who has had better luck
with them should reveal their methods here.
