[Kenwood] Kenwood Tuning Upgraders

Greetings,

Have any of you Kenwood owners purchased one of the Tuning Upgrader kits from 
International Radio Service Division in Fort Pierce, Florida? I ordered one 
for my TS-440S ten days ago and I haven't heard a peep out of them. Sent them 
an e-mail but it hasn't been answered. Fort Pierce is only 50 miles from my 
QTH. How long could it take to ship something 50 miles? If you have dealt 
with them, what was your experience?
