Hi Don,
I didn't see your original post so I could just be wasting everyone's
time here.
Does the frequency read-out coincide with 25 & 100 kHz steps when you
have the calibrator on? If you receive the 25 and 100 kHz calibrator
points at multiples of 25 kHz offset by - 0.3 kHz, then it could be that
the 830S's 1000.000 kHz counter reference oscillator may need adjustment.
With a frequency counter connected to TP2 on the PLL board, adjust TC1
for 1000.000 kHz.
