Tnx to all who responded to my problem with the 830. i realize i did not give good info. will try again. In order for me to operate with some on on 28.350 "ubs" I have set my vfo on 28.349.7 and on 7.285 "lsb" set my vfo on 7.284.7. Mabey this will be a help. w4dx Don.
