[Kenwood] TS-930S fan

Something I do quite regularly is to use a 24V fan powered by the 13.8V
power supply. The fan runs slower and quieter. None of them have worn out
in a couple of years of constant duty and they're cheap if you can find them
in electronics surplus stores.

Subject: [Kenwood] TS-930S fan

Hi,
Has anyone rigged their power supply fan to stay on all the time? I know
running warm with the fan coming on when needed is normal but i feel things
would last longer if the fan was kept running to keep things cool. If anyone
has this info i need it in layman's simple terms with maybe a picture or two
on how to perform this task. If the project is too complex for me to handle
I was thinking about maybe an after-market fan that uses 120v ac and just
leaving the leads of the original fan disconnected.

Thanks,
Larry KA1YPK
