[Kenwood] 940 Product Detector Diodes

Hi all
   A while back someone listed an upgrade Detector diodes for the TS-940. I
think they were schottky hot carrier diodes. Changing all four was said to
improve (SSB) audio distortion in the receiver. Anyone have  info ??
