[Kenwood] need info help

My hello to all,

My transceiver Kenwood TS-450S has a malfunction in the general display.
When I turn the radio on, the last 5 bargraphs remain lit, besides M.CH,
PRG, M.SCR, the number that indicates the memory is indicating 88 and a
segment in the first digit of the frequency that does with that the 2 of 21
Mhz is closed on the top.

I know that it is caused by problems with an IC, however I would ask that
some friend indicated me which is this IC in order that I can buy a new one
to substitute it.

I thank in advance for any attempt in helping me.
