[Kenwood] TS-700S Question/ TW-4000 mobile bracket

Hello,
I recently purchased a TS-700S which has had several mods done to it. A
previous owner has added an additional circuit board which appears to
connect into the IF board.  Can anyone give me a clue as to what this mod
might be? I have searched most of the popular radio mod sites with no luck.

Also, is there a TS-700 users group, etc... anywhere on the net?

While I'm here, I'm also in the need for a mobile bracket for a TW-4000 if
anyone has one excess to their needs.

Any help or info would most appreciated.
