[Kenwood] WTB '520 and '930 case screws

I've found that the NWSL (Northwestern Short Line) line of metric
fasteners, sold in model railroad hobby shops, fit and look perfect, at
least in the TS-440. It uses 3mm diameter by 5mm oval head phillips.
Note that the screws have a dimple in the head, that indicates they are
metric phillips so our screwdrivers are not a perfect fit. The screw
heads last longer with metric standard phillips drivers. Those drivers
are hard to find in the USA.
