[Kenwood] TM-732 demo mode

Good evening.

I was trying to get my old 732 into crossband repeat mode this evening and 
have inadvertently gotten it into the revolving demo mode (Pwr-CALL) 
instead.

Having misplaced my manual, I'm hoping someone can give me the secret 
handshake needed to get it back into normal mode, and, perhaps even let me 
know the correct procedure for enabling the x-band repeat mode.
