Mike,

I'm sure somebody has already answered this..

But just in case...

Check to ensure that the CAL button to the left
of the VFO Knob is in the OUT position. Pushing it
in will turn on the calibrate function, which puts
a carrier every 25 kHz for calibrating the VFO
knob to the digital display.
