[Kenwood] Speaking of TS-830's...

Has anyone discovered a web site that breaks
the venerable '830 down by significant circuit
or production changes, or other information 
like that over the radio's production lifetime?
Or the same information by serial number?

I know that the service manuals have been
published in at least two different versions,
and would like to know a little bit more about
the production life of this particular radio.

Any help or information would be appreciated.
