I've heard this a few times, however, the folks at INRAD have been so
helpful and responsive to me every time.  Are you sure you are not trying
to contact "International Radio" in Florida?  INRAD in Oregon has been
nothing but helpful to me, going out of their way in many cases, way
beyond the usual service.  Try a telephone call to Oregon if you have
trouble with email.

Of course, if you're asking about products and services about
International Radio in Florida (they USED to sell filters), try them, but
I have had poor (service) experiences with them in my dealings over the
years, though I loved their products.  Now that INRAD handles the filters,
I have good products and have had wonderful service.
