Problem developed with 940 in that when switching to the narrow filter
position audio drops out completely. The narrow filter in the 8830 kHz
position is working fine as evidence by the fact that if 455 if removed and
jumper replaced. Audio functions ok in arrow filter position. With the 455
in place and the narrow filter in the narrow position normal voltages appear
on the filter itself. However the voltages at D27 and D34 are 0 on both
sides of the diode. It would appear to be a diode reverse bias supply
problem, but I am having trouble tracking it down -- any suggestion would be
greatly appreciated.
