Start digging like you are going to install a VS-2. Then keep going to the
bottom of the pile. That is the PLL unit. The offending trimmer cap is in
the enclosed area to the left. Give it a few spins and the set it to 5v
measured at TP3 right beside the enclosure. You might before starting make
sure that is the porblem. Measure the voltage on TP3 if 8v or <1v that's it.
If you feel the need to replace the cap it is a 10pf. You will have to
remove the enclosure from the board first. Be careful it has small wires
soldered to the main board.
