I have a TS-440SAT that just started this problem. The display blanks out (or goes dark) upon transmit when the transceiver is set in the 30 meter band. Once I stop transmitting, the display comes back on. This has only happened on 30 meters so far, not operating split, but in the CW mode. Is the "UNLOCKING VFO" problem starting to visit my qth?
