Happy New Year club members!

At the Jan meeting, we will have the annual review of N0SS and W0AR club contest results.

** That means N0SS and W0AR scores are due now.    So get cooking if you have not started your submission yet.  **

Send your scores over to our contest committee chaired by the forever handsome and ultra-efficient contest compiling and computing machine A.K.A. N0AG Tom.  I think our official club deadline is 1/15.  Take action now to ensure Tom gets your entry in time so that your contesting and DXing efforts can get the respect they most certainly and justly deserve!

And after only one year of delay, finally this year we will have ready the two traveling trophies - awarded to the top scoring club member in each contest.  These handsome trophies will look great on the winner's shack shelf - but they only stay there until the next fellow (or gal) takes the top slot.

Don W0XE has got the W0AR and N0SS submission spreadsheets down to an exact science - perfect for guys who prefer to follow that manually.  Of course a lot of logging programs make pulling the scores out easy as well.  Compiling the entry takes minutes so do yours today.  I compiled my N0SS and W0AR results out in about 20 minutes -- and that included trying to remember what I did last year.  Submitting your results is definitely like doing the dishes - the mental hurdle is far more significant than the minimal work required!
