[KCDXC] KCDXC newsletter

I sent out the KCDXC June issue of the newsletter, but Time Warner is 
having issues today. I re-sent it several times in small groups and it 
seems to have finally gone thru the best I can tell.

I have no idea why TWC is not sending it thru. It has not done this in 
the past.

It has been sending out a message but no attachment. The last group come 
back with the attachment on the message twice.

Nothing new or different has been done, so please be patient and don't 
send me an email saying that I forgot the attachment.

If you have not received an email with an attachment by tomorrow, then 
let me know. I am on the phone with Time Warner now.
