[KCDXC] Confused????

 Thanks Guys, CE it is.  Guess it didn't matter anyway.  It was never going to count.  Vlad is fighting with LOTW, and Chile is not rare enough for me to send money to Russia.
 
All I lost was a country in W0AR Challenge.  Spent the morning chasing Botswana on 12 and 15 to make it up.  Too many Canadians calling CQ RAC contest without listening first.
 
Still have two days left in the year (since I don't work radio on Sundays).
