Mike,

I worked the V31YK transmitting on 24.904 at 2340z. He was very strong and not 
giving his call very often. I don't know if he is the one you worked or not 
since it was about an hour later.
He had a huge pileup on him. I think a lot of people thought he was the 3C0E.
I need the 3C0 on CW so I am looking hard for him. Thanks for giving us a heads 
up.

I am not so sure it was V31. The guy I was calling was on 24.904 not 03. I will 
work them again, to be sure.
