If he doesn't need a floppy drive.
I know Bill runs DXKeeper by DXLabs. I seen it!
It will import about anything.
I'd copy the file to your hard drive first.
Then,
Selct the Import TAB in DXKeeper.
Check all the boxes you need.
Then, Select export TAB and export it into one of the 5 differnent versions of ADIF it offers or
it also offers export to most software logging types.
Zippity doo, it's easy.
