[KCDXC] Crowne Plaza - Hamvention 2012 - Reservations open Monday, June 20, 2011 at 9 AM EDT

Guys,
   As some of you probably know, K3LR has rented out the entire Crowne Plaza 
next year for Hamvention weekend.

This changes everything for us and everyone else.

Rick, N0RB, has been working on this for several days but just learned 
tonight that K3LR will only reserve the suite and our adjoining  room for 
the club.

This means everyone else must call in their own reservations if the they 
want a room at the CP next year for Dayton.

They will only allow people to reserve 2 rooms so Rick and I can get only 4 
of our usual 8-10 rooms.

Sorry, for the late notice, but we just found out tonight about 10 PM.

If you want to stay at the CP you must call in tomorrow morning at 9 AM EST 
to get one for yourself!!
