I saw this and was wondering what are the plans???

But dipping below the 29 foot mark allowed the city of Leavenworth to reopen
the Riverfront Community Center Wednesday morning.

“The sewer issues have been dealt with and it appears, at least for the time
being, that the river will remain at manageable levels,” said City Manager
J. Scott Miller in a release. “We have already had to relocate a number of
events this month and staff would like to salvage the remainder of them, if
at all possible.”


IS it closed, and if so is there a backup if they shut it down again???
